Schedule
- Full-time
- Remote (U.S.)
- $16.50–$21.50/hr, based on experience
- Fast-paced inbound support environment
What You’ll Do
- Provide support to business customers via phone, email, and chat
- Process a high volume of inquiries and resolve routine requests
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed
- Document interactions and maintain accurate account updates
- Meet established metrics for quality, schedule, and handle time
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (associate/bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, follow processes, and work in a remote setup
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and entering data accurately
- Bilingual skills preferred; team-oriented attitude required
