- Full-time
- Remote within the United States
- Monday through Friday (daytime hours)
What You’ll Do
- Make inbound and outbound calls to engage members
- Conduct intake screenings and virtual program assessments
- Schedule member appointments with clinical team
- Cold-call members to increase engagement
- Route calls and messages to the appropriate care team members
- Manage multiple digital platforms simultaneously (EHR, patient app, call center interface)
- Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to all members
- Support clinical operations and administrative tasks as needed
What You Need
- 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
- Call center or customer service background preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic EHR/EMR use
- Comfort with setting up company-issued equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor)
- Must live and be authorized to work in the U.S.
