Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote within the United States
  • Monday through Friday (daytime hours)

What You’ll Do

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to engage members
  • Conduct intake screenings and virtual program assessments
  • Schedule member appointments with clinical team
  • Cold-call members to increase engagement
  • Route calls and messages to the appropriate care team members
  • Manage multiple digital platforms simultaneously (EHR, patient app, call center interface)
  • Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to all members
  • Support clinical operations and administrative tasks as needed

What You Need

  • 2+ years of healthcare or clinical experience
  • Call center or customer service background preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic EHR/EMR use
  • Comfort with setting up company-issued equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor)
  • Must live and be authorized to work in the U.S.
