About the Role
We’re seeking a Care Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll guide patients through their skincare journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and cared for. You’ll handle scheduling, communication, and coordination between patients, providers, and insurers—all while working remotely in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, answering questions and providing guidance with empathy
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with providers, insurers, and patients to ensure smooth care delivery
  • Document all interactions and patient details accurately in healthcare systems
  • Collaborate with providers to help create personalized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support

Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare setting (care coordination, patient support, or admin role preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using healthcare management software or similar systems
  • Empathetic, patient-focused, and passionate about helping others
