What You’ll Do
• Serve as a clinical resource for members seeking guidance on screenings and preventive measures
• Support the Support team by handling live member calls, emails, and chats requiring clinical assistance
• Lead internal review of client plan documents and create benefit coverage summaries for Provider Relations and Support teams
• Provide notice of coverage documentation outlining protocols for specialty care (e.g., PT, chiropractic, oncology, bariatrics)
• Act as the clinical point of contact for providers with coverage questions, treatment options, second opinions, and alternative plans
• Follow up on pending items and keep members updated quickly and clearly
• Maintain strict documentation standards for client reviews, analytics, and legal needs
• Help create infographics and marketing materials tied to key healthcare awareness months
• Share proactive ideas to improve marketing and member service
• Build strong proficiency in the client’s program to deliver high-level support
• Support special projects and other duties as needed

What You Need
• Proven experience as a Care Coordinator, Case Manager, or similar healthcare role
• Strong clinical knowledge of preventive care and treatment options
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable supporting members and providers via phone, email, and chat
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation standards and legal requirements
