What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and families post-admission and provide ongoing support.
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts, resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
- Act as a liaison across Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach, and Clinical teams.
- Support Clinical Care team requests to improve client experience.
- Proactively reach out when gaps in treatment attendance appear.
- Share aftercare resources and schedule outpatient therapy or follow-up appointments.
- Manage scheduling needs, including reschedules and updates.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Adapt to organizational changes while maintaining strong client service.
- Consistently meet performance KPIs, including call quality, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in customer/patient success or support (healthcare experience preferred)
- Experience working with young adults/adolescents a plus
- 1–2 years using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
- 1–2 years using contact center technology
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMRs
Benefits & Pay
- Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually (dependent on experience and location)
