This is a high-volume inbound call center role supporting the New Jersey Department of Human Services child support program. You’ll answer questions about accounts and payments, reset caller IDs for IVR access, document calls, and de-escalate when needed. It’s steady work, but it’s emotionally heavy and very metrics-driven.

If you’re considering this one, the biggest “watch-outs” are the 400 Mbps internet requirement (that’s unusually high) and the bring-your-own PC + two monitors expectation. If either of those is a headache, this job becomes expensive before you even start.
