Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role with minimal travel (less than 10%)
  • Standard weekday schedule with flexible hybrid options available

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide accurate claim information
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations
  • Support financial advisors, claimants, and third-party partners such as funeral homes and exchange companies
  • Research, document, and communicate resolutions effectively within company systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects F&G’s values and commitment to excellence

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (insurance experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of life and annuity products a plus
