Schedule
- Full-time, remote role with minimal travel (less than 10%)
- Standard weekday schedule with flexible hybrid options available
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and provide accurate claim information
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations
- Support financial advisors, claimants, and third-party partners such as funeral homes and exchange companies
- Research, document, and communicate resolutions effectively within company systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects F&G’s values and commitment to excellence
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience (insurance experience preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of life and annuity products a plus
