What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their claims journey
- Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries with professionalism and compassion
- Guide customers through the claims process and anticipate their needs
- Accurately document claim details in CRM systems and maintain data integrity
- Resolve concerns and disputes with empathy, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex cases
- Exceed customer expectations through active listening and proactive service
What You Need
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or insurance certifications a plus
- 3+ years in customer service or call center roles, preferably insurance-related
- Strong knowledge of claims processes and terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and relevant software
- Empathy, patience, and resilience in customer interactions
- Ability to obtain a home state claims adjuster license within 60 days
