- Required shifts: 2:00 am–11:00 am PT or 4:00 am–1:00 pm PT
What You’ll Do
- Review and process incoming member expenses, including Carrot Card claims
- Coordinate between Payments and insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Translate documents as needed, supporting multiple languages
- Identify gaps in claims, follow up with providers, and track denials through resolution
- Support members in troubleshooting eligibility or claims issues
- Collaborate with Care, Customer Success, and Finance teams to maintain an excellent member experience
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (oral and written)
- 1–3 years of experience in claims submission/processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience analyzing denials, working with providers, and ensuring compliance
- Comfort adapting to changing processes and priorities
Pay Range
- $56,000 – $64,000 USD annually ($26.92–$30.77/hr)
- Eligible for variable performance-based compensation
- Overtime pay may apply during peak periods
