What You’ll Do
- Set up new claims, identify coverage, and assign adjusters, appraisers, and vendors
- Document claim diaries and maintain accurate records of client and appraisal communications
- Handle incoming calls and emails from lenders, borrowers, and third-party administrators
- Upload and save claim documents in the system for tracking and resolution
- Maintain daily trackers, log customer complaints, and assist with mail distribution
- Support special projects and other assigned duties
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in claims processing or similar duties (auto insurance preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic word processing
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to type 45 WPM accurately
- Self-starter who can work independently and use sound judgment
- Ability to sit for long periods and lift/push up to 20 lbs. of files or supplies
