What You’ll Do
- Accurately adjudicate and process medical claims in line with plan policies and procedures
- Maintain clear documentation and notes for all claims processed
- Research and resolve appeals and disputes while communicating results with all parties
- Act as an in-house claims expert supporting Customer Success and Customer Support teams
- Identify operational issues and escalate to appropriate teams for resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvements in claims processes and workflows
- Meet daily and weekly targets, working both independently and collaboratively
What You Need
- Two-year degree or 2+ years of claims adjudication and processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and quick learning ability
- Experience in insurance principles and claims processing strongly preferred
