JOB DESCRIPTION
– Remote nationwide, flexible on the hours depending on location.
– Providing customer service and speaking with: therapists, agency directors, clients and customers regarding claims
– One on one training provided virtually
– Working within CRM System daily (proprietary system)
– phone support – 80%
– email support – 20%
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
– Medicaid claims experience
– Call center phone support experience
– Phone support system experience (For ex: Five9, Genesys, Zendesk etc)
– Experience working in a remote setting
– Detail oriented
– Reliable
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
– Microsoft Dynamics preferred (used to use salesforce platform)
– Bilingual in Spanish
– Early intervention or childcare experience
– Government background or experience working with’
