Schedule
- Full-time, hourly (overtime eligible)
- Remote, Atlanta preferred (US-based candidates welcome)
What You’ll Do
- Set up and assign claim files with complete, accurate details
- Manage task queues to ensure adjusters have what they need for resolution
- Upload and organize incoming mail (electronic, fax, physical)
- Prepare form letters and claim closing documents
- Track deadlines and SLAs while prioritizing multiple tasks
- Provide feedback on processes and collaborate with leadership on improvements
- Leverage new technologies to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in insurance support, policy administration, or compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and CRM/ticketing systems
- Comfortable learning new software and working in evolving environments
