Schedule

  • Full-time, hourly (overtime eligible)
  • Remote, Atlanta preferred (US-based candidates welcome)

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and assign claim files with complete, accurate details
  • Manage task queues to ensure adjusters have what they need for resolution
  • Upload and organize incoming mail (electronic, fax, physical)
  • Prepare form letters and claim closing documents
  • Track deadlines and SLAs while prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Provide feedback on processes and collaborate with leadership on improvements
  • Leverage new technologies to improve efficiency and streamline workflows

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance support, policy administration, or compliance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and CRM/ticketing systems
  • Comfortable learning new software and working in evolving environments
