What You’ll Do

  • Live-answer inbound calls and provide friendly, informed guidance to prospective patients
  • Run proactive follow-ups (calls, texts, emails) to nurture leads and convert to scheduled appointments
  • Qualify leads against client criteria and route to the right clinician and availability
  • Own multiple CRM pipelines; track statuses, next steps, and booking rates
  • Use proven scripts and objection handling; suggest improvements to boost conversion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align schedules and reduce bottlenecks

What You Need

  • 2+ years in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling (multi-client a plus)
  • Confident on phones; strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • CRM and scheduling proficiency (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and high standards; bias to action
