Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US only)

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls in real time and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance
- Conduct outbound follow-ups through calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads
- Qualify leads and schedule them with the right clinician
- Manage multiple client pipelines and track lead progress in CRM systems
- Utilize persuasive communication to address objections and optimize conversion rates
- Refine scripts and booking processes to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to align scheduling with client availability
- Provide feedback on trends and opportunities for process improvement
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment scheduling
- Proven success handling inbound/outbound calls and driving lead conversion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM or scheduling software (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Proactive, sales-oriented mindset with focus on exceeding targets
