Schedule
- Part-time, remote role (18–25 hours per week)
- Shifts: 4–6 hours, must include one weekend shift weekly
- Current need: Weekdays 5 pm–12 am EST + weekend coverage
- Two-week schedules published in advance
What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for real estate internet leads via calls and texts
- Use scripts to identify buyer/seller needs (timeline, budget, location)
- Document all interactions in CRM software
- Follow up consistently with unresponsive leads using predefined plans
- Collaborate with team members to achieve conversion goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED, age 18+
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-facing experience and confidence on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes 100%
- Experience in a remote, self-directed environment
- Tech savvy with typing speed of 30+ WPM and accuracy
- Personal computer with webcam, Google Chrome, and secure internet (40 Mbps down/10 Mbps up)
- Must reside in one of these states: AK, AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
