• Performance-based compensation structure (base + bonus/commission)
What You’ll Do
• Answer the sales inbound line and route calls to the right salespeople
• Schedule sales meetings and send invites for the Sales team
• Gather and organize info for sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
• Review and audit new client agreements and documentation
• Act as liaison between Sales and Client Services to keep handoffs smooth
• Maintain sales databases, reports, trackers, and scorecards
• Pull reports and documents for sales requests quickly and accurately
• Create and update sales documents and marketing materials as needed
• Support Client Services as overflow when needed
• Assist the Business Development Director with monthly client updates
What You Need
• Strong sales support or coordinator experience (years not specified, but they ask on the application)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive “I’ll handle it” mindset
• Strong organization and time management with multiple priorities in motion
• High professionalism, integrity, and empathy
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
