Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role.
- Available in select states across the US (AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA, MO).
- Structured schedule with collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide client support via phone and email for 401(k) plan administration.
- Guide clients through the 5500 filing process and electronic signatures.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
- Upload investment management statements and review accounts for pending documents.
- Make proactive calls to remind clients about required filings or amendments.
- Support Account Specialists and team initiatives as needed.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of customer service or client support experience.
- Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate issues.
- CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments.
- Finance industry knowledge a plus.
- Dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet.
