EPM is growing, and we are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for facilitating communication with clients, broker partners, and Operations team members, while ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the loan process. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loan applications and documentation collection and review for compliance with guidelines.
- Handle inbound calls to the Client Experience team, responding to inquiries about refinancing, loan products, and other related questions.
- Communicate with clients, agents, and Operations team members.
- Maintain accurate loan files and records in LOS.
- Update and track CRM for leads and reach out to clients to connect with brokers and confirm business is brought back to EPM.
- Coordinate meetings and calls with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide updates to clients and referral partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with broker partners.
- Track loan application deadlines to ensure timely processing.
- Handle administrative tasks like data entry and document preparation.
- Support Director, Client and Partner Experience with loan proposals and related documents.
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of mortgage lending experience.
- Knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines and loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong phone communication skills and be comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
