About SmartAsset
SmartAsset is a consumer-focused financial information platform helping people make smarter financial decisions through content, calculators, and tools, reaching an estimated 59 million people monthly (Jan 2025). They also run SmartAsset Advisor Marketing Platform (AMP), which connects consumers with fiduciary financial advisors. This role supports the advisor connection experience at scale.

Schedule

  • Remote (Contiguous United States)
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time
  • Must be available for some holidays or weekends during peak seasons
  • High outbound call volume expectation (200+ calls/day)

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to users who expressed interest in speaking with an advisor
  • Guide users through the advisor connection process and schedule consultations
  • Deliver a polished experience using best practices and scripted messaging while keeping it personalized
  • Consistently meet or exceed conversion and performance metrics (individual + team)
  • Log interactions, challenges, and outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Identify recurring user pain points and escalate patterns to improve the overall experience
  • Share insights and suggestions with team leads and cross-functional partners
  • Support additional projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What You Need

  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience (required)
  • Comfort working in quota- and conversion-driven environments
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing user/business needs
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Clear communication skills for phone and video call environments
