Responsibilities
- Manage contract-to-close tasks for real estate transactions
- Track deadlines and ensure smooth and timely closings
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, closings, and documentation
- Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, title reps, and vendors
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company systems
- Serve as the central point-of-contact, delivering clear updates and support
- Problem-solve to remove friction and keep transactions on track
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination
- Comfortable with high-volume workflow in a paperless environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
