Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (must reside in the contiguous U.S.)
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
  • Some holidays or weekends may be required during peak seasons

Responsibilities

  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily to consumers who have expressed interest in connecting with financial advisors
  • Guide users through the process and schedule consultations with vetted advisors
  • Deliver a tailored, high-quality experience using a mix of customer service best practices and scripted messaging
  • Accurately document interactions, challenges, and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, conversions, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to improve the overall user experience
  • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to continuous improvements

Requirements

  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience (100+ outbound calls/day)
  • Comfortable working in a quota-driven environment with conversion metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to user and business needs
  • Must be available during designated hours, including some holidays/weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to communicate via phone and video conferencing

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45,000 base salary + $15,000 variable commission
