What You’ll Do
- Manage onboarding for new clients, tailoring processes to meet their needs
- Provide training sessions to practice staff on prior authorization software
- Guide clients through setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve client issues
- Ensure timely data and system integrations during onboarding
- Build strong client relationships as the main point of contact during the onboarding process
- Monitor adoption, provide ongoing support, and deliver feedback to internal teams
- Document onboarding processes, configurations, and training materials
- Report on progress, client satisfaction, and issues to leadership
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success (healthcare/software strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with prior authorization processes and medical practice workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly
