Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption of CareMetx’s prior authorization solution
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor the onboarding process for each client
- Provide training sessions to medical practice staff on the platform
- Guide clients through setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product and customer support teams to resolve client issues
- Ensure timely completion of data integrations and system setup
- Build strong relationships as the primary point of contact during onboarding
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support for successful adoption
- Collect feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation on client-specific configurations and training materials
- Report onboarding progress and client satisfaction to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success (healthcare/software industry preferred)
- Knowledge of prior authorization processes and medical practice administration strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Technical proficiency in software implementation and troubleshooting
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
