- Shifts available: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for recently enrolled clients during the first months of the program
- Handle incoming calls and follow up with daily touchpoint tasks
- Navigate objections, answer client questions, and deliver accurate program information
- Document and update client data within internal systems
- Meet performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with team members to support client success
What You Need
- 1–2 years of retention experience in a call center setting
- Strong customer service mindset with empathy and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to type accurately, perform basic math, and follow detailed procedures
- High-speed internet (50 MBPS) with Wi-Fi access
