  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote
  • Shifts available: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for recently enrolled clients during the first months of the program
  • Handle incoming calls and follow up with daily touchpoint tasks
  • Navigate objections, answer client questions, and deliver accurate program information
  • Document and update client data within internal systems
  • Meet performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to support client success

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of retention experience in a call center setting
  • Strong customer service mindset with empathy and active listening skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to type accurately, perform basic math, and follow detailed procedures
  • High-speed internet (50 MBPS) with Wi-Fi access
