This one’s basically “keep people from canceling” in a debt settlement program. It’s more sales-adjacent than the Client Service Rep role because you’re handling objections and controlling the conversation.

My straight take: this is a higher-pressure role than it reads, because retention in debt settlement usually means you’re calming panic, correcting expectations, and sometimes preventing chargebacks. $17/hr is still light… but the monthly bonus is the whole game. If the bonus is strong and consistent, this can be decent. If it’s “up to” money that rarely hits, it’s not worth the emotional labor.

Action step (quick):
Paste whatever they say about the monthly bonus (or if the posting doesn’t say, tell me if you can see it anywhere in the portal). I’ll help you judge whether it’s real money or fairy dust.
