Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote. Standard office hours with weekly pay.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first several months in the program.
- Handle inbound and follow-up calls daily, answering questions and addressing objections.
- Guide clients with empathy while delivering accurate service descriptions and support.
- Navigate internal systems to locate client data and assist with account needs.
- Maintain a high level of service while meeting performance and retention goals.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of retention or sales experience in a high-volume call center.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and build trust.
- High-speed internet (50 MBPS minimum) and Wi-Fi access.
- Intermediate typing and math skills to meet role requirements.
