Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote. Standard office hours with weekly pay.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first several months in the program.
  • Handle inbound and follow-up calls daily, answering questions and addressing objections.
  • Guide clients with empathy while delivering accurate service descriptions and support.
  • Navigate internal systems to locate client data and assist with account needs.
  • Maintain a high level of service while meeting performance and retention goals.

What You Need

  • 1–2 years of retention or sales experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and build trust.
  • High-speed internet (50 MBPS minimum) and Wi-Fi access.
  • Intermediate typing and math skills to meet role requirements.
