Schedule
- Remote, U.S. based
- Temporary assignment: September – early February
- Training shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
- Post-training shifts:
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST
- Overtime and some weekend/holiday work may be required
What You’ll Do
- Process financial and non-financial transactions such as account setup, contributions, disbursements, fund transfers, and correspondence
- Meet and maintain productivity, timeliness, and quality standards
- Conduct quality assurance on peer transactions and provide feedback
- Assist with client inquiries and cross-team support during high-volume periods
- Recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and procedures
- Document all client interactions accurately and securely
What You Need
- 1–2 years’ experience in a professional work environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- PC/keyboard proficiency
- Comfortable learning multiple partner plan rules and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technology & Workspace Requirements
- Dedicated, distraction-free home office
- Reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps+ for individual use; higher if shared household)
- For call center roles: workstation must be hardwired or located near the router
