What You’ll Do
- Support customers post-sale with order execution and issue resolution
- Process print, kitting, and distribution orders across multiple systems
- Translate client needs into production and shipping instructions
- Lead client communication, meetings, and business reviews when needed
- Troubleshoot delivery disputes, billing issues, and change orders
- Review job accuracy before production and assist in quality control
- Generate pricing quotes and manage job documentation
- Maintain and analyze client inventory and reports
- Mentor junior staff and support process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate corrective actions and track progress
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification a plus
- 3+ years administrative or operations support experience (manufacturing or office environment)
- Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong computer skills required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Salary
$39,100 – $54,700 annually (based on experience and location)
