Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote
- $15/hour + weekly bonus pay
- Shifts available: 8AM–4:30PM EST, 10AM–6:30PM EST, 12:30PM–9PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients regarding debt programs
- Provide accurate information about services and program updates
- Document client interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client needs
- Maintain service quality while meeting performance targets
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and team members
What You Need
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Ability to apply common sense in following instructions, analyzing information, and resolving client concerns
- Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines (preferred)
- Collections experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
