Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client calls and make outbound follow-up calls
- Answer questions related to debt settlement programs with empathy and clarity
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Navigate CRM systems and update client records
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
- Maintain high service standards and meet performance goals
- Build professional, supportive relationships with team and clients
Requirements
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to interpret program details and explain solutions clearly
- Attention to detail and strong time management
- Intermediate typing, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills
- Experience with FDCPA guidelines or collections a plus
- Consistent attendance and reliability
