- Full-time
- 100% Remote
- Shifts available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to provide updates and support
- Respond to client concerns and questions with accuracy and empathy
- Deliver clear explanations of products and services
- Navigate systems to access and update client information
- Document client interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client needs
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
What You Need
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and procedures
- Experience with FDCPA guidelines a plus
- Collections experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of Windows and Outlook
- Strong record of reliability and attendance
