Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% Remote
- Pay: $15 per hour + bonus
- Shifts available: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Take incoming calls from clients and make outbound calls to provide updates and support
- Respond to client concerns and questions with clarity and accuracy
- Deliver accurate descriptions of services and processes
- Navigate systems to access and update client data
- Document client updates and communications in the CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to assist clients when needed
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client service
What You Need
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Intermediate typing and math skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interpret documents, follow instructions, and manage client correspondence
- Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines a plus
- Collections experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of Windows and Outlook
- Strong record of attendance and reliability
