What You’ll Do
- Support clients by scheduling caregivers and ensuring care plans are followed
- Serve as a trusted liaison between clients, caregivers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with client satisfaction efforts
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience in home care, Medicaid/Waiver programs, or healthcare support preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
