Schedule

  • Remote position (work from home)
  • Full-time role, hourly position
  • Pay range: $20–$22 per hour
  • May require occasional travel to client homes or offices as needed to conduct visits or assessments
  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on client and team needs

What You’ll Do

⦁ Maintain assigned client files and related paperwork, ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation of services, conditions, and care plans

⦁ Assign homecare aides based on client needs and plan of care, balancing schedules while maintaining quality and continuity of care

⦁ Serve as a primary liaison between clients, caregivers, managers, referral sources, and others involved in the client’s care

⦁ Communicate proactively about schedules, changes, and updates with clients, homecare aides, referral sources, and management

⦁ Provide coaching and feedback to caregivers to support high-quality service, and escalate ongoing performance concerns to caregiver management

⦁ Conduct or coordinate in-home visits (where applicable) to maintain connection with clients, assess needs, and relay any changes to the appropriate parties

⦁ Handle client complaints and critical incidents as a mandatory reporter, documenting and reporting issues for follow-up and resolution

⦁ Maintain client satisfaction survey records and visit logs, using feedback to strengthen relationships and improve service

⦁ Prepare and submit routine departmental reports, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations

What You Need

⦁ At least 18 years of age

⦁ High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

⦁ Medicaid, waiver, or home healthcare experience preferred

⦁ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at once

⦁ Professional, compassionate demeanor with the ability to handle conflict in a calm, solutions-focused way

⦁ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve overall service

⦁ Basic computer literacy and typing skills, including comfort with common office software

⦁ Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company guidelines when handling client and agency information

⦁ Physical ability to move or transport up to 50 pounds and traverse in office and/or client home settings, including stairs (with reasonable accommodations as needed)
