Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote (work-from-home)
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Eastern Time
- Salary: $45,000/year + monthly bonus (paid weekly)
What You’ll Do
- Develop and administer negotiation training across platforms
- Review department analytics and key performance indicators daily
- Collect, review, and analyze company information to support sound business decisions
- Identify and implement methods to improve settlement outcomes, negotiations, and department KPIs
- Coach agents through call monitoring, real-time guidance, and settlement approvals
- Enforce department processes and procedures consistently
- Review and audit settlements for quality and compliance
- Delegate tasks and distribute settlement opportunities across staff
- Run weekly accountability breakouts with the team
- Collaborate with management, other departments, and third parties to meet efficiency and quality standards
- Maintain professionalism, attendance standards, and model company core values
- Handle additional duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma required (BA preferred) or equivalent experience/training
- 2+ years in a call center/customer service environment (required)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
- Strong coaching and performance management skills in a KPI-driven environment
- Comfortable working with analytics, reporting, and performance trends
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for 1:1 and small group settings
- Basic math skills (including rates, ratios, percentages; ability to interpret bar graphs)
- Intermediate reasoning skills with the ability to solve multi-variable problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in collections, debt settlement, or a law firm environment (plus)
