What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and carrier partners
- Manage client deliverables, audits, and case reporting through company planning tools
- Monitor and maintain inbound/outbound data files, SFTP setups, and discrepancy reporting
- Ensure positive client experiences through high-quality service and communication
- Identify root causes of systemic issues and collaborate on solutions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless client support
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in employee benefits or benefits administration
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, CSV, concatenation)
- Tech-savvy with comfort learning and communicating technology
- Background in benefits administration systems or HCM platforms preferred
- Experience with carrier files or EDI strongly desired
- Excellent collaboration skills and conflict-resolution ability
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Grace under pressure during peak busy seasons
Benefits
- Pay range: $16.50–$25.85 per hour (up to ~$53,000 annually)
