What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and production teams, aligning goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead client calls, deliver presentations, and train new client administrators
  • Maintain client documentation, SOPs, and process materials
  • Stay current on product releases and system functionality; advise clients on updates and best practices
  • Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities and drive follow-ups across teams
  • Participate in finalist meetings and support sales with services presentations
  • Identify trends, training needs, and process improvements to elevate service quality
  • Communicate clearly on system features, industry updates, and resolution activities
  • Partner across functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years working directly with clients in employee benefits/benefits administration
  • Strong project management skills, ideally with technology implementations
  • Deep knowledge of benefits administration, HRIS/payroll, HCM, and issue troubleshooting
  • Proven relationship management, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Collaborative, consultative communicator who performs well under pressure and brings order to complex work
