Verified Credentials is looking for a Client Services Representative to be the service liaison between our clients and the company. You’ll deliver exceptional, client-centric service by resolving inquiries effectively, reducing repeat contacts, and ensuring most issues are resolved on the first interaction.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- May require flexible shifts and overtime based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional, timely manner
- Personalize client interactions with a proactive and positive approach
- Track and document all interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Resolve client issues, orders, and technical problems promptly to retain service and loyalty
- Process drug testing and health screening orders in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Provide additional service recommendations to existing accounts
- Escalate potential client dissatisfaction to leadership as needed
- Stay updated on policies, procedures, and product offerings
- Accept coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
- Participate in cross-training to assist other operational departments when needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of client service and data entry experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to multi-task across channels (phone, email, chat)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in occasionally stressful situations while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Willingness to work any shift and required overtime based on business needs
Physical & Work Environment
- Prolonged sitting and standing while working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally
- Regular interaction with team members via video meetings
- Regular, predictable attendance required
