What you’ll do:
- As a Client Support team member, you will provide expertise and educational support to our potential and existing clients.
- Handle a high volume of client support requests via email, phone, and chat using kindness and logical reasoning to answer questions and troubleshoot problems.
- Keep detailed documentation of customer interactions, data entry and process necessary components of each incoming order and prepare order for the investigation process, understand each client s criteria, and ensure requirements are being met.

- Articulate, personable, and reliable with great computer skills and email etiquette.
- You thrive in a high-speed environment and have a knack for problem-solving under stress.
- Must have high speed, reliable internet.
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and web applications.
- 2 years of customer service experience in office or remote office.
- Obtain/maintain PBSA Accreditation (obtained during course of employment).
Work hours and environment:
This is a remote position with high interaction for training and team connection via video meeting rooms.
The training schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EST. the training time will vary by employee.
The schedule following training is Monday-Thursday 9:30AM-6:00PM EST. Friday 9:00 – 5:30. Once a month (team rotation) to work a Saturday morning 8:00am – Noon with a 1/2 day flextime during the week.
Applicant required to maintain own high-speed internet connection during the remote work period. Computer equipment and phone issued as company property for employee to pick up from our Brunswick, OH office.
Must maintain a remote work environment conducive to heavy inbound phones and video training classroom setting.
