Schedule

  • Full-time, remote within the United States
  • Must be available to work core business hours (some flexibility possible)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to participant inquiries about COBRA, FSA, HRA, and HSA benefits via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical problem resolution and clearly communicate solutions
  • Analyze customer needs and collaborate with other departments for effective solutions
  • Maintain expert knowledge of compliance and benefits products to address complex questions
  • Record and track all customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through installation, configuration, and maintenance steps
  • Offer proactive maintenance and configuration recommendations
  • Escalate complex inquiries to higher-level support when needed

Requirements

  • 1–3 years frontline customer service experience (SaaS or benefits industry preferred)
  • 6–12 months office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with CRM and help desk software
  • Ability to work effectively with customers across multiple channels
  • Understanding of policies and procedures related to benefits and compliance support

Preferred

  • Experience with COBRA, FSA, HSA, or HRA administration
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
