CenterWell Senior Primary Care (part of Humana) delivers proactive, preventive care for seniors through integrated care teams. The Clinical Education team supports providers, nurses, social workers, community health workers, and other clinical staff with training from onboarding through continuing education.
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Remote, nationwide
Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings

What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and implement clinical training programs (onboarding + continuing education)
- Source and schedule internal/external speakers; manage logistics, materials, tech support, and honoraria processing
- Track attendance and prepare participation/outcome reports for executive leadership
- Build surveys/assessments to measure program effectiveness; analyze results for improvements
- Partner with academic institutions to secure CEU/CME accreditation
- Facilitate monthly Grand Rounds and promote ongoing learning opportunities
- Coordinate schedules and learning activities with providers, clinical leaders, ops partners, and educators
- Provide administrative/logistical support to stakeholders
- Ensure HIPAA/confidentiality compliance throughout training activities
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of healthcare education/learning coordination experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Project), Zoom, and MS Teams
- Project/process management experience in a complex environment
- Strong organization, executive functioning, and professional communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to improving customer/consumer experiences
