What You’ll Do

  • Manage new hire onboarding from preboarding through launch into client-facing care
  • Support clinical training by learning the roles and workflows of assigned onboarding cohorts
  • Guide new hires through all required steps of clinical onboarding, providing direct training and support as needed
  • Maintain regular communication with new hires via email, phone, and text
  • Keep onboarding materials up to date, relevant, and impactful
  • Partner with recruiting, onboarding, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations to share progress and performance updates
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee file data for timeliness and completeness
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee and contractor information
  • Escalate issues quickly with diplomacy and discretion
  • Build strong working relationships with clinical and administrative leadership and external partners
  • Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience required
  • HR experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong confidentiality and discretion
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox
  • Consultative, relationship-driven communication style with strong listening skills
  • Ability to energize and build rapport at all levels
  • Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits for full-time, exempt employees
  • Target base compensation: $44,000–$58,000 per year (varies by location and experience; total compensation may include additional benefits)
