JOB OVERVIEW
The Clinical Professional Services Consultant II will create, communicate, deliver, and manage services for a specified customer base. They will also interface with internal Net Health teams to collaborate, strategize, support and educate on the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Training the Clinical Professional Services Consultant I on elements required to create, communicate, and deliver services for a specified customer base.
- Educating the Clinical Professional Services Consultant I on internal and external resources, systems and workflows that are essential in successful creation, communication and delivery of services for a specified customer base.
- Understanding the clinical, operational, regulatory, and economic/financial landscape in hospital owned outpatient departments and other sites of service that Net Health may target.
- Exhibiting creative and innovative qualities with experience in sales and new-business development and delivering Net Health 360 services as the opportunity arises.
- Portraying leadership qualities with an eye on strategic planning, problem solving, and business strategies/implementation for new and existing customers.
- Maintaining a relationship with assigned customer accounts, including key stakeholders, to identify and address issues, concerns, needs and additional revenue opportunities.
- Developing, delivering, and implementing project plans and reports with measurable results addressing customer’s needs.
- Supporting and mentoring customers’ needs during the consulting engagement.
- Creating detailed reports to support the workflow optimization process.
- Providing team building and communication skills in all customer’s settings.
- Supporting, collaborating, and mentoring Net Health teams who interface with Professional Services.
- Establishing policies and procedures and workflows to leverage with the customer.
- Fostering the highest level of service delivery to existing clients and ensure client relationship and retention.
- Ensuring we are meeting client expectations in content delivery and inquiry response.
- Demonstrating very strong teamwork ability, time management skills and ability to multitask.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or clinical degree is required.
- 1+ year of direct experience in a consultative role.
- 4+ years of industry experience with management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of EMR technology and experience using software in a clinic setting.
- Expert knowledge of healthcare operations and work-flow best practices, reimbursement, joint
- commission requirements, state and federal reporting and management practices.
- Ability to recognize and utilize resources to keep current with industry documentation and regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet browser operations.
- Some travel required.
