Schedule

  • Remote, U.S.-based role
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts)
  • Hours: 6am–6pm PST (Pacific Time)
  • Temp-to-hire: 3+ months with potential conversion to permanent based on performance

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to support clinical interventions
  • Collect and document patient health and contact information
  • Engage patients to explain programs, schedule appointments, and resolve medication-related issues
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and provide support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records in Arine’s software platform
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and product teams to optimize care and workflows
  • Participate in team meetings, process improvement sessions, and special projects
  • Prepare and mail patient educational materials when required

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or certification in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, Behavioral Health Technician)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications (brand and generic)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check

Nice to Have

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Background in ambulatory care or taking medication histories
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
  • Experience in busy healthcare or call center settings
