Clinician Support Agent
REMOTE
MEMBER CARE – CARE OPERATIONS
FULL-TIME
Customer Support team is responsible for multiple areas of the member/clinician experience. We support our members in every way possible, as well as work with our staff of clinicians, to ensure they have the necessary support to deliver stellar care. In this fast-paced role, your primary responsibilities will entail communication with Included Health clinicians. You will be assisting in care of patients and communication with the healthcare team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for call queue needs, emails, and live chats from members & clinicians regarding scheduling, prescriptions and other health care coordination needs
- Provide support to clinician staff to ensure patients obtain the appropriate care in a timely manner
- Use established protocols to identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention
- Clinician tier 1 technical troubleshooting to clinicians and members
- Be self-motivated enough to complete tasks without being prompted
- Willing to work flexible hours in a 24/7 contact center environment, which may include holidays, evening or weekend shifts
Qualifications:
- High volume experience in a Call Center environment related to Pharmacy or Health Care Platform
- Great verbal communication skills. You will need to be able to explain our services to provider offices, verify office availability and determine scheduling requirements.
- Great written communication skills. You will need to communicate with our providers in concise and informative messages.
- Confident in asking questions and comfortable in raising your hand when you need help. Lost time can directly impact lives.

- Demonstrate adaptability with process changes in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Be comfortable performing internet searches
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Be proficient with common office software – Google Apps, CRM systems, etc.

Must be able to work the following shift:
- Monday 11am- 8pm PST
- Tuesday Off
- Wednesday Off
- Thursday 11am- 8pm PST
- Friday 11am- 8pm PST
- Saturday 11am- 8pm PST
- Sunday 11am- 8pm PST
