Schedule
- Part-time, Remote
- Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (first two weeks)
- Post-training schedule: flexible part-time hours (daily minimum call requirements)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls using provided scripts.
- Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails.
- Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM, updating notes and deal stages.
- Set phone appointments for sales professionals.
- Achieve a minimum of 50 calls/contacts per day.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to follow scripts and email templates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to hit and exceed daily targets.
- Prior cold calling or lead generation experience is a plus but not required.
Technical & Work Environment Requirements
- Internet: 15 Mbps+ (primary), 10 Mbps+ (backup).
- Device: Intel i5 (8th gen)/Ryzen 5+ or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum.
- Backup device meeting Intel i3 equivalent or better.
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space.
