Schedule

  • Part-time, Remote
  • Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (first two weeks)
  • Post-training schedule: flexible part-time hours (daily minimum call requirements)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls using provided scripts.
  • Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails.
  • Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM, updating notes and deal stages.
  • Set phone appointments for sales professionals.
  • Achieve a minimum of 50 calls/contacts per day.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to follow scripts and email templates effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to hit and exceed daily targets.
  • Prior cold calling or lead generation experience is a plus but not required.

Technical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Internet: 15 Mbps+ (primary), 10 Mbps+ (backup).
  • Device: Intel i5 (8th gen)/Ryzen 5+ or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum.
  • Backup device meeting Intel i3 equivalent or better.
  • Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.
