Position Summary:

We are looking for a Colleague Success Specialist, reporting directly to the Manager – Colleague Success Services supporting all tactical regional HR processes and procedures. Responsibilities cross all functions within Colleague Success (HR), including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leave tracking, records retention, compliance, benefits administration, global mobility, talent systems and analytics, answering colleague queries, and terminations.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to queries raised by colleagues, managers, vendors, and Colleague Success team globally to process data related to the entire colleague lifecycle.
- Enable self-service culture and improve colleague experience.
- Foundational reporting
- Supporting Payroll team by timely monthly data submission
- Compliance acknowledgement tracking and documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support, perform data analysis for Colleague Success team members.
- Deliver an exceptional colleague experience through simplifying experiences, creating, and leveraging templates, utilizing technology.
- Supporting advanced functionality/solutions support via phone, email, and web, utilizing the ticket tracking system, knowledge base, and independent thinking.
- Responsibility of providing accurate data to auditors
- Providing tactical support in the processes including, but not limited to:
- Handles escalated queries.
- Complex Employment contracts & offer letters.
- Onboarding new colleagues in unique situations and regions
- Education assistance in unique situations
- Support to Social & wellbeing programs where escalation is needed.
- Verification of employment & background checks in diverse situations
- Employment change administration in unique situations
- Complex colleague data administration
- High impact benefits administration
- Complex learning & Development support
- Escalated leave and holiday entitlement queries and administration
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR/ Talent/Colleague Success function
- Quick learner, with a flexible and proactive attitude who is comfortable with change and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of MS Office & Talent Management tools (SAP SuccessFactors, preferred)
- Detail-oriented & process-driven approach. Strong attention to details, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Passion and sense of urgency for execution.
- Strong customer-service and solution-oriented mindset.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, in ambiguous situations, and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions.
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to accomplish demanding timeline objectives, multi-task on assignments and be comfortable with change and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize tasks and autonomously work on assigned task to meet timelines.
- Must be articulate, have strong oral and written communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent command over English language
