Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT preferred
  • Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and follow up on medical accounts receivable across multiple sites
  • Conduct collection calls and resolve outstanding claims
  • Identify billing errors, cash application issues, and resolve refund requests
  • Document notes clearly and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide top-tier support to patients, branches, and insurance carriers
  • Submit secondary claims, appeals, and ensure timely follow-up with payors

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of medical collections experience (home infusion/specialty pharmacy required)
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Familiarity with HCPC codes, medical terminology, and CPR+ a plus
  • Strong math, writing, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and payer portals
