Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT preferred
- Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
What You’ll Do
- Manage and follow up on medical accounts receivable across multiple sites
- Conduct collection calls and resolve outstanding claims
- Identify billing errors, cash application issues, and resolve refund requests
- Document notes clearly and escalate issues as needed
- Provide top-tier support to patients, branches, and insurance carriers
- Submit secondary claims, appeals, and ensure timely follow-up with payors
What You Need
- 1–3 years of medical collections experience (home infusion/specialty pharmacy required)
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Familiarity with HCPC codes, medical terminology, and CPR+ a plus
- Strong math, writing, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and payer portals
