Schedule

  • Full-time role
  • 100% Remote, U.S.-based only
  • Pay range: $17.47–$22.71/hour (final offer based on skills, experience, and location)

What You’ll Do

  • Review and set up orders accurately for reimbursement
  • Conduct daily billing activities and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) through effective collections
  • Recommend refunds, adjustments, or write-offs as needed
  • Submit appeals and inquiries to payers on unpaid claims
  • Resolve billing holds in collaboration with order processors

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of billing, collections, or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
